What a breeze!

“Had a small vibration problem with my 2016 GLE, which after three visits to independent tyre specialists, still came home empty.⠀⠀⠀

Booked into MB North Shore this week for them to take a look. William from the service department went with me on a test drive, immediately identified the problem and gave a course of action. Shaun provided excellent customer service, and helped me arrange the vehicle for overnight storage.⠀⠀

The most amazing experience.

"We have spent 6 weeks looking for the perfect new vehicle and had spent a lot of time at a competitor dealership. Unfortunately, we found that the sales experience was lacking so we drove across the bridge to Mercedes-Benz North Shore.

What a difference! Victor welcomed us, asked which vehicles we were interested in, and took us for a drive in an A-Class. At our next visit, the following week, we went through the same process but drove a GLA. Victor followed-up on each visit with a timely and pleasant phone call, asking each time what additional information we would like and how he might be able to assist further. Shortly afterwards – now that he knew our needs and wants – Victor called us to let us know that he had found the exact vehicle with all of the features that we wanted.

Then… the most amazing experience. I had wanted to surprise my wife with the new GLA for her birthday. Victor and I arranged for him to surprise my wife - despite Victor being on leave, which I hadn’t even realised – Victor arrived at our home with a smile on his face, wished her a happy birthday, and handed over the keys to her new vehicle.

An amazing experience which simply confirms for me that Mercedes-Benz North Shore is dedicated to its customers through the performance of its staff. Victor has amazing customer service skills, his product knowledge is awesome, and he is totally committed to his job, which he obviously is exceptionally good at and passionate about.

I actually had to turn the audio off to check with the on/off was working. The car is so quiet I didn't realise it had stopped at the lights!"

"Right from my first call to ask about the vehicle, through two test drives, the negotiation process, and the handing over of the keys when I collected the car, your team was very slick and very professional.
